The Concept of Health
Mental health is relative to physical health; Physical
illness is shown as a result of the increased imbalance between different
functions of the body, as well as psychiatric illness.
To the extent that an individual adapts to his/her environment, his/her mental health is, and on this basis, an individual who can be internally compatible with himself/herself and improve his/her adaptation to his/her environment enjoy good mental health.
That is because an individual's
psychological illness is an internal psychological conflict that makes him
incompatible with himself and the community in which he lives, and the disorder
is evident in his emotional life, and he appears to be deeply frightened and
persecuted by others.
Those who enjoy mental health display emotional maturity, the ability to control their emotions, and express their desires, tendencies, and feelings in a balanced manner, free from impulse and recklessness. What are psychopaths? What are her symptoms?
And how does physical illness relate to psychological illness? What's their relationship?
The definition of psychological stress is a set of events,
attitudes, and thoughts that cause a person to feel nervous and anxious and that
the duties required of him or she exceed his or her abilities.
Definition and manifestations of psychiatric illness
Psychiatric diseases are a group of deviations that appear on an individual, having no connection to physical or organic dysfunction.
It is due to the failure of the individual to adapt to his or her circumstances. There are many symptoms through which the psychological state of an individual can be known:
Psychological stress, anxiety, malaise, melancholy,
hysterical transformation, sense of determination, fear of the future, the distraction of thoughts, physical debilitation, inability to persevere and
produce, and his relationship with others is either by communicating with those
around him very violently or by being deeply depressed.
When psychiatric illness appears, it leads to the
emergence of accompanying physical illness, and thus the person feels
psychological stress and thinks that what happens to him is non-real, or that
they are mere thoughts in his mind and imagination, and that there is no link
between them and the psychological state.
Relationship between mental condition and physical health
The relationship between psychological stress and a person's health and physical condition can be described as counterproductive.
The higher the psychological stress on the individual, the lower the overall health, decline, and deterioration, while the lower the psychological stress, resulting in good health, due to physiological changes in the body.
Any
psychological effect is more like an alarm hunch with reactions in most parts
of the body, and these changes in the body as a result of a person's
psychological state are called by some preparedness responses.
The reactions can be observed when an individual is exposed to a situation that causes him or her to speak in front of a group of people; changes such as movement of eyelashes, sweat, dehydration of the throat, increased heartbeat, and difficulty breathing.
All these changes result from the psychological stress in which the individual is placed.
A study of a
group of people aimed at demonstrating the psychological state and its impact
on the human immune system was conducted, with the surprising result that the
immune system has a reduced concentration in the body when exposed to
psychological stress.
One study on psychiatric disorders and prevention has
shown that around 450 million people worldwide suffer from psychiatric
disorders, that one-quarter of people will develop one or more psychiatric
disorders in some period of their lives, and that such disorders not only pose
an economic and social burden, but also pose a threat to physical health, and
therefore must be prevented.
Effect of psychosis on the body
Recent studies have shown that psychological stress
and anger are devastating factors for human health, and if the situation
worsens, it can lead to serious illnesses, despite many attempts to
maintain health such as diet, sports, and other preventive and therapeutic
means, studies have shown that social factors, satisfaction, psychological
happiness and goal-setting in life have the greatest impact in maintaining
physical health, and were, therefore, the messenger of God. - He must pray for
peace. He recommends that he is not angry and that they be satisfied and
convinced.
Diseases caused by stress and nervous include:
- Increased likelihood of developing a type of cancer; this is due to a weak immune system in case of psychosis.
- Impact on the heart; psychological stress negatively affects the heart and is related to a heart attack.
- Arterial distress; This is done by a study of people who measured the levels of cortisol produced by the body (stress hormone) when a human is exposed to psychological stress, and its release narrows the arteries.
- Anorexia is caused by anorexia; psychological stress and stress.
- Many other diseases such as back, neck, shoulders, stomach, head, migraines, high pressure, and changing skin color to pale.
How does psychosis affect the skin?
The psychologist has different roles in the onset of skin disease:
- A major factor - as in Vitiligo's disease, zombies, and fox.
- Secondary factor - as in thoracic disease and eczema.
- Direct effect, as in the case of acne and hair fall.
- Indirect effects, as can be seen in oral retractions, herpes, etc.
The effect of the psychoanalytic agent can be immediate, as seen in some cases of asthma, but skin pathological symptoms usually appear after a period that may extend for several weeks after exposure to trauma.
Skin diseases affected by psychological factors:
We will try to address the most important skin diseases, the appearance of which is affected or exacerbated by psychological factors.
It is characterized by the appearance of completely glabrous rounded spots.
They usually appear on the head, chin, mustache, eyebrows, eyebrows, or body. It is naturally present in the affected area and does not observe redness or crusts. The fox does not cause pain or itch and is not contagious.
The fox affects all ages but is more prevalent between the ages of 10 and 40.
Exposure to certain effects may disrupt the hair cycle, resulting in a large amount of hair falling from different scalp areas above normal.
This condition usually occurs after several weeks or months of exposure to a difficult and severe psychological condition or occurs after birth, major surgeries, hyperthermia, or post-dietary rhythm.
While the cause of the disease remains unknown, the larger theory of the explanation of the disease is that. it is a reaction to repeated disorders in the psychological state such as anxiety, stress, and emotion.
The most affected places are the inner side of the wrist, forearms, and thighs. The disease may affect other, wider parts of the skin and mucous membranes.
