Foods to be eaten after the age of 40

 The Spanish newspaper Confederation published a report presenting the list of foods to be eaten after the age of 40;


To avoid body fat accumulation and prevent cancer.


In its report, the newspaper stated that "the likelihood of cardiovascular disease at a young age is very low, but the risk soon increases at the age of 40. In fact, cancer is the leading cause of death for women aged 40 to 50, followed by heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

Although these diseases are not always fatal, they usually affect people after exceeding average age.


The paper showed that most of these diseases are closely related to slow metabolism and hormonal changes, which would cause many health risks. According to nutritionist Felicia Stoller, "if a person is working on the same diet as he has since the age of 20, he is inevitably exposed to several problems". The newspaper reported that problems related to poor digestion were related to autoimmune diseases and infections affecting humans in maturity. According to a team of researchers from the American University of Pennsylvania, this fruit plays a role in lowering cholesterol levels.


Sixth, the paper emphasized that replacing fat with nuts would help restore the function of lining blood vessels, a mechanism that facilitates aneurysm and blood flow. Accordingly, nut consumption helps lower the level of cholesterol. Nuts also contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular risks thanks to their omega-3 content.

The paper also explained, seventh, that olive oil promises the basic "fuel" for a longer and healthier life, not to mention its role in improving the functioning of the digestive system, dissolving kidney stones and bitterness. It may also be a means of quitting smoking, especially when consumed after a day's fasting.
